This Leica Canada Elmarit-M 28mm F2.8 Lens has just been CLA'd by YYe camera and is in excellent condition.  The glass is clean of any scratches, fungus or haze Here is Youxin's report:

Note: CLA’d. Lubricated both aperture and focus rings. Cleaned each element in the lens removed haze inside. Lens is overall clean and clear now consider its age, the inner element edge has aging signs, beyond cleaning, does not affect performance. Tested the lens with digital M body, lens is in focus and produce good images. 

The lens ships with a rear cap.
