This Pentax-A SMC 645 35mm F3.5 Lens is free of scratches, fungus, haze, or separation.  The focus and aperture are smooth.  There is a ding in the filter ring as shown in the images but otherwise, it is beautiful.

The lens comes with front and rear caps.
