This is a Graflex Crown Graphic 4X5 Camera. It comes with the Wollensak Raptar 135MM F4.7 Lens.
This camera works as it should and the glass looks good on the lens, but the slow shutter speeds do not work. Not sure if it can fixed or not. Comes with a film pack adapter, 4 film holders, a dark cloth.
