Because this modifier belongs to the "OCF" (Off-Camera Flash) family, it is designed exclusively for Profoto flashes that feature a flat glass front and cool-running LED modeling lights. You absolutely should not mount this reflector on traditional studio heads with protruding glass domes or hot halogen modeling lamps (like the D1, D2, or ProHeads). The intense heat from those strobes can quickly warp or melt the lightweight materials used in OCF modifiers.

Additionally, this reflector is designed purely for hard light and maximum throw. Unlike some other Profoto reflectors, it does not feature a lip designed to natively accept honeycomb grids. If you need tight, gridded light control, you should look toward the OCF Zoom Reflector paired with the OCF Grid Kit.
