You should never mount an OCF softbox onto traditional studio heads featuring protruding glass domes or hot halogen modeling bulbs (like the D1 or D2 series), as the intense heat will melt the lightweight fabric.

Additionally, to mount this softbox to your flash, you must purchase the separate Profoto OCF Speedring. It does not use the integrated speedrings found on the "Clic" line or the newest generation of standard folding Profoto softboxes.
