Things to Note

Because this modifier features the new integrated speedring design, it natively fits traditional Profoto 100mm flash heads right out of the box (like the D2, D1, ProHeads, and B1X/B10 series). If you want to use this large softbox with Profoto's smaller battery-powered A-series speedlights or monolights (like the A10 or A2), you will need to purchase the separately available Profoto OCF Adapter to bridge the connection.

Additionally, because of the highly reflective silver interior, the center of your light beam will be slightly "hotter" (brighter) and more intense than a white-interior softbox. If your ultimate goal is to have the most perfectly even, ultra-forgiving edge-to-edge light for sensitive skin textures, you may prefer the White Interior version of this exact same softbox.
