Things to Note
While the a6400 is an incredibly powerful camera, the camera body itself does not feature In-Body Image Stabilization (IBIS). While the included 16-50mm kit lens has optical stabilization, if you attach unstabilized prime lenses (like a 35mm f/1.8 or 50mm f/1.8), you will need to rely on a tripod, gimbal, or fast shutter speeds to prevent shaky footage and blurry photos.
Secondly, while the 180-degree flip-up screen is excellent for vlogging. Finally, the a6400 uses the older, much smaller Sony NP-FW50 battery. If you plan to shoot 4K video all day or take hundreds of burst photos, you will absolutely need to purchase and carry spare batteries.
