They mount securely to the Roadie, and the mounting hardware has been tested to withstand loads over 100 lb (45 kg), which is the more than the case could ever hold in camera equipment. Built-in strap keepers ensure that the Roadie can be rolled smoothly with the straps attached, either when pushed on four wheels or tilted back to roll on two.
The Backpack Straps fold to neatly tuck away inside the Roadie so they are available whenever you need them.
