This Is a Voightlander Bessamatic 35MM Camera with the Color-Skopar 50MM f2.8 Lens. 

 

This camera is working but the shutter is sticking open at slower speeds and there is light debris in the viewfinder.  Faster shutter speeds at 1/30th and above are working and the meter is working as well.  Comes just as you see it.
