This is a Bronica ETRS Camera Outfit. Comes with the 75MM F2.8 Lens, AE II Metered Prism Finder, and the 120 Film Back.
This kit is in EXCELLENT working condition and shows normal wear. There is a crack inside the viewfinder, but it still works just as should. You can see it when looking through but its only a visual thing. There is also no crank so you have to turn it without one which is no problem. Comes with a lens cap and dark slide.
