This is a Hasselblad H Converter 1.7X.
This item is in good working order and in good cosmetic condition. The autofocus works. The lens optics are exceptionally clean and free of haze, fungus, and scratching. Most wear is to the paint on the barrel of the conversion lens. "Hasselblad" is significantly worn away. "Converter H 1,7X" shows some wear as well but not nearly as much. See photos for full detail. Comes in the original box with both front and rear lens caps.
