This is a Mamiya Polaroid Back for Mamiya 645 Super, 645 Pro, and 645 Pro TL Cameras.

This Back is in Excellent Condition.   The decorative cover over the ISO button is missing but does not interfere with anything.  Comes with a dark slide.
