This is a Mamiya Polaroid Back for Mamiya 645 Super, 645 Pro, and 645 Pro TL Cameras.

This Back is in Excellent plus condition as it looks like it was never used.  There is even a new pack of Polaroid Polacolor which still has the initial black sheet meaning it was never used.   The film is, of course, outdated and may or may not be any good.  The film goes for $100 a pack all by itself.  Comes with a dark slide
