This is a Mamiya M645 PD Meter Prism finder. It will work on all models of the M645 including the M645 1000S, M645, and M645 J Cameras.
This Meter does work. It has the line going through the middle of it from the deterioration of the foam inside. This happens to all of these. You can still use it as it does not interfere with anything. Because of this, I am selling this at a price of a regular finder.
