This is a Mamiya RB67 Polaroid Back.  This back will work on all models of the RB 67 including the original RB67, RB67 Pro S, and RB67 Pro SD.

This back is in excellent plus condition!   Looks beautiful.  It is the latest design with the P adapter built in and the dark slide holder on the back.  Comes with the dark slide.
