Because the B20 belongs to the battery-powered OCF (Off-Camera Flash) family, its flat glass front is specifically designed to safely accept Profoto's lightweight OCF modifiers. While the new rubberized grip handles heavy modifiers better than previous generations, you should still take care when balancing large, heavy traditional softboxes on lightweight location stands (and consider the separately sold optional OCF handle for better leverage).
Additionally, this strobe relies entirely on its proprietary rechargeable lithium-ion battery. It cannot be powered directly via AC wall power if the battery is completely removed or depleted. If you frequently shoot high-volume, all-day sessions, it is highly recommended to purchase an extra battery to swap out while your depleted battery is charging.
